When you shop online, you can see the delivery cost before finalizing your purchase, as soon as you insert your postal code. This amount is calculated according to the value of the products being delivered and where they’re being delivered to.
If you want to reschedule or cancel the delivery date for your order, check if you can do it automatically on our Manage your order page. If you can’t do it this way, please contact us using the forms available and we’ll do everything we can to help you, according to the stage your order is at.

Yes, you can track your order status. All you need is your order number and the email associated with it.
